The Workshop  passed  the future of e - infrastructures and e- sciences. Presentations of basic lectures are presented here .The program offered keynote talks by Grid and Cloud computing prominent thinkers as well as presentations of modern distributed computing infrastructures, capabilities and applications from users and community leaders.

After a 5-month long search in our competition to find a mascot for the European Grid Infrastructure, we are pleased to announce the final results.

The Grand Winner prize, as judged by a panel at EGI.eu, is awarded to ‘EGI@nt’ the ant. The People’s Choice prize, determined by an online poll, is awarded to Pegi the peafowl.
